This two-day circuit lets you experience the Sahara beyond an ordinary Zagora dune stop. On day one drive through Tamegroute and M’Hamid, then follow 4x4 tracks to Erg Chigaga for a camel ride, dinner and the night in a tent. Wake for sunrise and breakfast on day two, then return to Zagora. One operator also offers a return loop by the Lake Iriki / Foum Zguid corridor, but that much longer route must be activated only when contracted and safe.
